This Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your iWhisperer4u subscription and request a refund. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or lose access to paid features.
To cancel, use the "Cancel sub" button in the navbar when signed in, or contact us at support@iwhisperer4u.com.
2. Refund eligibility
- Within 14 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, provided you have not materially abused the service (e.g. automated scraping, account sharing, or violating our Terms of Sale).
- After 14 days or on renewals: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not refund partial months or renewal payments unless there is a proven service defect on our side.
- Annual or multi-month plans: If you prepaid for multiple months, you may request a prorated refund for unused whole months minus any processing fees.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@iwhisperer4u.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Date of the charge you want refunded.
- Reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Payment processor
All payments are processed securely through Whop. Refunds are initiated via Whop's payment system and are subject to Whop's processing timelines and policies.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
