These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the iWhisperer4u subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
iWhisperer4u is an independent SaaS that tracks prices and aggregates publicly available promotions from third-party marketplaces. It does not sell any of the products it tracks. We do not facilitate or guarantee any transaction between you and a third-party merchant.
2. Price and billing
- The subscription costs USD 5 per month, all applicable taxes included where required.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider in a secure environment.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or share access to your iWhisperer4u account.
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use the data to mislead consumers about a third-party brand or merchant.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
4. Independence from third-party brands
iWhisperer4u is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand, marketplace or rights-holder displayed on the site. We display public information for informational purposes only.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be billed for the next period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that prices, availability or other information are accurate, complete or current. You are solely responsible for verifying any offer directly with the merchant before purchasing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iWhisperer4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any lost profits or savings, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Compliance with marketplace policies
When iWhisperer4u is distributed or sold through a third-party marketplace (e.g. Whop), the rules of that marketplace apply in addition to these Terms. We commit to operating in good faith and in accordance with the policies of any platform we use to distribute the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
